mmmmm hmmmm

i found this recipe in house and garden for pistacho meringue and i had all intentions of attempting it for a recent christmas party but ran out of time!

...so i brought a pavlova shell and topped it with blueberries and chopped pistachios...let me tell you i would never of thought to add pistachos to a pav but it was so delicous and a nice change from the standard strawberries and passionfruit!

blueberries, cream and pisatchios...make sure you try it!
