it was our beautiful Amelies 1st birthday on saturday and we celebrated in the sunshine at the park with fairy bread, party hats and ice cold watermelon.
i made chocolate crackles....whats a party without crackles right?! i was blown away at how easy they were to make! they toke about 10mins!
copha is basically the main ingredient which sticks everything together and it has the recipe for crackles on the packet! too easy!
rice bubbles, coconut, icing sugar and cocoa make up the dry ingredients then you just mix in the copha after you have melted it and....
