happy easter

we are off to spend the weekend with the family in the fresh country air

just packing my bags as we speak, and of course the rocky road i whipped up yesterday!

it was the first time i had made rocky road but its as easy as mixing all your goodies in a bowl with melted chocolate and then pressing it into a paper lined tray for the fridge
