weekend spaghetti

whipped up a prawn pasta last night, its my go to dish when i'm in the mood for something super tasty, quick and simple!
here it goes....
empty two punnets of cherry tomatoes into a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pop into a prehated oven for about half an hour
pull them out and they should look like this, bubbling goodness! carefully pour them from the baking tray into a pan on your stove top with some a little olive oil and grated garlic in it, give the tomatoes a mash with a potatoe masher to squash them into a sauce
cook over medium heat, chop up your basil and throw into the pan with the prawns
once the prawns are cooked, serve with spagetti
and top with parmasean cheese and fresh chilli
