i'm giving some love this month to one of our aussie supermodels! hellooo abbey!
Seriously if you haven’t heard of abbey lee kershaw you have been living in a big black deep dark hole with no tv, magazine, internet, anything!
This australian beauty aka super model is not only gorgeous but everywhere! She has walked run way shows for the likes of Chanel, Rodarte, Victoria’s Secret, Oscar de la Renta, has appeared in countless magazines, if not all of them! Not to mention the covers!
24 year old lady was born and bred in melbourne before moving to sydney after high school and bada bing…scouted by chic models!
As a small abbey kidlet she was always in the wars, meningitis, spinal taps, tumor on the knee, broken bones etc! Moving to nyc in 2008 to kick of her modeling career she toke the world by storm!
Her debut to nyc fashion week saw her walk a total of 29 shows!
Karl lagerfeld loves her! We love her! Gucci one booked her exclusively for Milan fashion week! She has tripped in her high heels and fainted during a McQueen show but that hasn’t stopped the jobs rolling in!
Terry Richardson photographed rolling in the mud touching herself for a frenchy mag which caused a little outrage but in Kershaw’s words I felt good doing it. I’m not ashamed of it — why should I be?”
She is known for her piercings of which she has 10 – ears, nipple, belly and nose and she is not shy of tattoos either- a peace sign on her finger, an owl, a secret one hidden inside her bottom lip, one on the palm of her hand and two white ink ones on the side of her stomach.
“If I weren't a model I'd be a walking collage. I see my body as a blank canvas that's aching to be decorated," W magazine.
She paints, she has a pet lizard called annie and she is an unofficial member of her boyfriends band.
And just so you know, she is not ‘bisexual’ but has ‘experimented’
